The present invention relates to a height adjustment assembly for a table leg of a table (100) including a tubular leg (120) having a lever hole (121) on one side thereof and a top plate (110), the height adjustment assembly comprising: a finishing block (210) fitted to the inner surface of the lower end of the leg (120) of the table (100) and having a lifting hole (211) formed vertically in the center thereof, and a support (213) having a pivot hole (212) formed on one side of the upper portion thereof; a support (220) having a lifting rod (221) so as to be liftably coupled to the lifting hole (211) of the finishing block (210); a control lever (230) including a friction hole (231) formed so as to be obliquely and frictionally coupled to the outer diameter of the lifting rod (221) in order to control the height adjusted according to the lifting and lowering of the support (220), and having one end (230a) that is vertically and rotatably coupled to the pivot hole (212) of the finishing block (210) and the other end (230b) that communicates with the lever hole (121); and an elastic member (240) interposed between the control lever (230) and the finishing block (210) to elastically lift the control lever (230) so that the friction hole (231) rubs against the outer diameter of the lifting rod (221).
