The objective of the present invention is to pull the lower leg in the direction toward the knee and/or the direction toward the ankle to stretch the tibia, thereby increasing height in a balanced manner. The present invention is provided with: left and right supports; ankle holders that hold the ankle part and below-the-knee holders that hold the part below the knee, the holders being attached to the left and right supports; traction devices that pull the ankle holders and/or the below-the-knee holders in an axial direction of the tibia; and linking tools that are capable of linking the left and right supports. An upper support and a lower support of the left and right supports are linked slidably in the vertical direction, an upper linking tool that links the upper supports is provided on the upper support of the left and/or right supports, and a lower linking tool that links the lower supports is provided on the lower support of the left and/or right supports. The traction devices slide both the upper support and the lower support of the left and right supports in an opposite direction to each other or slide the upper support or the lower support in an opposite direction to the other, and slide the ankle holders and the below-the-knee holders in the slide directions above, thereby pulling the tibia.
