Abstract:
A helical-edge milling cutter comprises a tool handle (17) and a tool head (18) which is integrally provided with a plurality of cutting blades, each cutting blade having a cutting face (12). Application of millimetre level strength is performed on the cutting face (12) of the helical-edge milling cutter. The cutter has high efficiency, high strength and a long service life. The cutting edge strength of the helical-edge milling cutter in millimeter level is increased by at least 50 percent, and the average pressure on the cutting face of the helical-edge milling cutter in millimeter level is increased by 50 percent or more.
