Abstract:
A helical food-heating device, includes a housing (1), a helical support (2) installed
in the housing (1), and a conveyor belt (3) arranged on the helical support (2),
the housing (1) is provided with a pressure retaining means (11), and the outside
of the housing (1) is equipped with a controller (7), wherein the helical support
is provided with a heating device (4). The heating device (4) is comprised of a
radiative heating tube (5) and a steam tube (6), or a resistive heating element and
a steam tube (6). The helical food-heating device has some advantages: the continuity
of operating, the uniformity of heating, the energy saving, the reduction of
footprint area, etc.
