Abstract:
The present invention is for improving scum removal efficiency by effectively crushing scum thickly formed in a deposition reservoir of a sewage or waste water treatment system, and the present invention provides a helical skimmer having a scum-crushing function, and sludge removal equipment comprising same, the equipment comprising: the helical skimmer rotatably provided at the front of a trough for discharging scum; a scum crusher provided at the front of the helical skimmer so that scum can be crushed; a driving source for driving the helical skimmer and the scum crusher; and a driving force transmission unit for driving both the helical skimmer and the scum crusher by transmitting the power of the driving source to the helical skimmer and the scum crusher.
