Abstract:
A helium recovery system for a cooling pipe made of an optical fiber, characterized in that, the system comprises the following components that are connected sequentially: an acquisition unit (101), comprising an intake air converging tank (22) and a plurality of acquisition pipelines which are arranged in parallel and connected to the intake air converging tank, each acquisition pipeline being connected to a cooling pipe (10), and each acquisition pipeline being provided with a control valve (20); a compression and purification unit (102), comprising a compression pump and a purification device which are connected in the gas flow direction, receive the helium-enriched exhaust gas acquired by the converging tank, and output same after compression and purification; and a gas supply unit (103), comprising a gas supply converging tank (50), which receives the high-purity helium gas provided by the compression and purification unit, and supplies the high-purity helium gas to cooling pipes by means of a plurality of conveying pipes arranged in parallel, each conveying pipe being connected to a cooling pipe. Further provided is a control method for said system. The system and the control method can be used to recover and utilize the helium-enriched exhaust gas of cooling pipes of a drawing tower.
