Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to display help content that is the most appropriate and is tailored to the user and the kind of task. A server 10 is equipped with a reception unit 25 for receiving a selection operation from a user for referencing help information, a display control unit 26 for displaying a help screen containing help information, and a help information storage unit 21 for storing help information and information about a task screen respectively associated with each item of help information. On the basis of the task screen displayed on the user terminal when the reception unit 25 receives a selection operation from a user, the display control unit 26 obtains the help information associated with the relevant task screen from the help information storage unit 21 and displays a help screen containing the obtained help information.
