Abstract:
The present invention provides a helper epitope peptide; said helper epitope peptide is obtained by means of replacing one or two amino acid residues in the helper T cell epitope PADRE with 4-nitrophenylalanine. Also provided is the use of the helper epitope peptide for enhancing the immunogenicity of an antigen or antigenic epitope or for preparing or constructing a vaccine, and a fusion antigen formed by connecting the helper epitope peptide to an antigen or an antigenic epitope.
