Description:
HELPFUL PACKAGE DEVICE TO PACK DRINKS AND SNACKS INVENTION FIELD

This invention deals with a helpful package device to pack drinks and snacks. More specifically, it is an integrated package with suitable areas to pack a glass or can of drink and snacks.

INVENTION BACKGROUND

The package industry is a greatly important segment in economy and moves huge amounts on a yearly basis. The package has always been critical for trade development At first, it existed to contain, protect and allow transportation. Today, new functions are incorporated and new roles are played, such as preserving, exposing, selling the product and winning the consumer through visual communication.

Modem life and its practicality and convenience demands as well as the development of new materials and technologies have urged the evolution of the package sector, by providing large variety, portable, light and compact products, with a clear, beautiful and fast comprehension visual allied to features such as food durability increase and taste preservation, which are important requirements for sectors of the economy which develop solutions for the food industry.

Selecting the suitable material to pack food is the manufacturer's first attitude. Each product has peculiar features, such as sensitivity to temperature or light, chemical reactions when in contact with certain materials, ways of making the product available and attractive visual.

Therefore, the package has an essential character for the success and survival of a product in the market. Obviously, the contents are what counts; however, if it is not in the suitable "package", it cannot be noticed or it can even be depreciated at the consumer's eyes.

Nowadays, the package market for fast food demands a large variety of packages in order to meet the supplier's demands as far as hygiene, ease conditioning and maintenance of the food characteristics are concerned. The model application of MU7700529-5 utility describes a package for food like snack, which includes a vessel with feet, sauce case and lid, which fits in the vessel with feet, where the vessel has a flexible laminar element enabling to raise the snack, by means of small teeth. Invention PI0111936-2 patent application describes a drink and food transporter which includes a lower transporter provided with a base and side walls, specifically adapted to transport drinks in different sizes, where the side walls have higher edges teller than the drink vessel, and a higher food transporter with a bottom and side walls and transported on the said lower transporter with the bottom of said higher tray resting on the said lower transporter bottom, in a way that the tray positions and the drink transporter remain unchanged.

Nonetheless, these packages described in the technical status presented several inconvenient aspects concerning the snack practicality and portability. Solutions found so far, such as the use of plastic bags, cardboard packages and trays are unpractical ways or serving food to consumers and for consumption.

Thus, the technical literature presents packages which, in spite of solving the problem of packing snacks, requires the need for enhancing a package in a way to present integrated sections in order to pack drinks and snacks, making transportation and consumption easier, as well as ensuring hygiene and thermal insulation both for drinks and snacks.

So, the open literature does not describe or suggests a package to pack in an integrated way the drink and snack in insulated sections, being such a helpful device described and claimed hereby. SUMMARY

Generally speaking, this invention deals with a helpful package device to pack food and snack, which presents a body with at least one cylinder-shaped section in order to pack a can or glass of drink, and at least another section to pack snack, and such are separated from each other by means of stiff smooth structure, a hard edge around the sections and including at least a pair of male-female locks type.

This invention is featured as a package packing drinks and snacks in integrated sections duly separated, thus making handling, transportation and consumption easier.

The invention characteristic has a disposable package, which enables it to be used in pairs, comprising one lid.

Another feature of this invention is an integrated package provided with separated sections to pack a drink in a glass or can and a snack, ensuring thermal insulation and the minimum manual contact

Another characteristic of this invention is an integrated package, which provides more hygiene during the consumption product transportation and practicality.

INVENTION DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The package helpful device toward packing food and drunk comprises an integrated package with suitable sections to pack a can of beer or a glass and a snack.

The integrated package has a body with at least two sections (11 and 12) in order to pack a can of drink or a glass (30) and snack and/or seasonings (40), referred to as sections (11 and 12) separated from one another by a stiff smooth structure. At least one of the package sections is round-shaped

(11), with downward tilt toward the base.

At least a second section (12) of the package is characterized by a suitable section with side wall tilted in a downward direction toward the base, the said second section suitable to pack a snack (40), such as a hamburger, a hot dog or French fries. The package higher edge (10) has a stiff edge (14) surrounding the sections, the said stiff edge (14) that has at least a male-female pair of locks type (15).

The package may be used in pairs, in a way to provide a lid, according to figure 2. Thus, the male-female locks type (15) enable to lock the package (10), ensuring the product protection and thermal insulation.

As presented in figures 5A and 5B, at the round section

(11) of the package (10), a can or glass of drink (30) is inserted, and in the second section (12) a snack (10), such as a sandwich. Other sections may pack seasoning, napkins, French fries, among others, as the attached figure 6.

The packages, preferably comprised of disposable material, may be piled, being arranged by rabbets upon each other, what makes the storage easier in dispensers and the hygienic handling, as presented at figure 7.
