Abstract:
Disclosed is a hemostasis device for compressing a bilateral femoral artery, comprising a first press plate (1), second press plates (2) and an abdominal bandage in the form of trousers (3). The abdominal bandage in the form of trousers (3) comprises one or more puncture point fixed belts and one or more elastic puncture point pressure tourniquets. The second press plates (2) are located above the first press plate (1). The second press plates (2) are one or more in number. The first press plate (1) comprises a compression plate (1-1) located at the bottom of the first press plate (1) and a top plate (1-2) located at the upper part of the first press plate (1). First press plate landing legs (1-4) are disposed vertically on the sides of the top plate (1-2). A fixed belt through space (4) is provided between the first press plate landing legs (1-4) for the puncture point fixed belts to pass though. The hemostasis device for compressing a bilateral artery is simple to operate. Just one member of medical personnel is needed to complete all the operations, replacing the current method of pressing for 30 minutes. At the same time, this method can replace the traditional methods of fixed and compression hemostasis using a complex bandaging method, which greatly reduces the labor intensity for medical personnel.
