Abstract:
A hemostatic dressing (10) and a preparation method therefor. The hemostatic dressing (10) comprises a starch-based composite hydrogel (101) and a diluent (102). The starch-based composite hydrogel (101) comprises a fibrous network structure and a reticulate structure attached to the inside portion of the fibrous network structure in a penetrating manner. The fibrous network structure comprises a composite polymer compound, and the composite polymer compound comprises a hydroxysuccinimide ester modification group. The reticular structure includes starch paste, the hemostatic dressing (10) not only has an excellent ability to adhere to tissue and can resist the impact from the flow of blood so as to be firmly attached to a wound, but also has a strong liquid absorption ability and swelling ability. After absorbing bodily fluids, the hemostatic dressing (10) swells in volume to block damaged blood vessels, thereby achieving quick and easy hemostasis.
