Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a hemostatic instrument which makes it possible to quickly attach the hemostatic instrument to a limb such as an arm of a patient, and to impart an appropriate pressure force to a location on the patient where bleeding is to be stopped. [Solution] A fastening part (300) of a hemostatic instrument (1) has: a projecting part (310) provided in one end section (2A) of a band (2); and an attachment part (400) which is provided in the other end section (2C) of the band (2), fastens to the projecting part (310) so as to be attachable thereto and detachable therefrom, maintains the position of the projecting part (310) in the other end section (2C) of the band (2) when the pressure force of an expandable member is at or below the pressure required to stop bleeding, and increases the wrapping-perimeter length of the band (2) by moving the position of the projecting part (310) in the other end section (2C) of the band (2) in the lengthwise direction (CL) of the band (2) when the pressure force exceeds the pressure required to stop bleeding.
