Abstract:
A low molecular heparin-polypeptide-crosslinked cyclodextrin organic skeleton (LMW H-polypeptide-COF) composition with lung targeting and a preparation method therefor. Also disclosed are a drug-carrying LMWH-polypeptide-COF composition carrying a drug, which comprises an LMWH-polypeptide-COF composition, and an anti-tumor drug or a drug targeting the lungs. Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises a drug-carrying LMWH-polypeptide-COF composition and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition can be targeted at treating tumors, particularly lung cancer.
