| AMENDED CLAIMS received by the International Bureau on 12 April 2017 (12.04.2017) CLAIM: 01: COMPOSITION OF THE MEDICINE The medicine consists of the Ash pumpkin/ Ash Gourds (Benincasa hispida), Ghee Oil, Pepper (Piper Nigrum), Aralu ( Terminalia chebula), Bulu (Termanilia belercia), Sugar, Bees Honey, Black sugarcane((Saccharum officinarum), Valmee ( Glycryrrhiza glabra), Thippili (Piper Longum), Nelli (Phyllanthus emblica), Kaluduru (Nigella sativa), Suduru ( Cuminum cyminum), Inguru ( Zingiber officinale) where the wet formulae of the medicine should consist of the respective proportions which are mentioned after the name of the ingredient from each and every ingredient as (Per lOOg of the medicine)Ash Gourds (Benincasa hispida)-18g. Ghee Oil,- 4.6g, Sugar (or extracts taken from Black sugarcane((Saccharum officinarum))- 64g, Bees Honey- 08g and a mixture of Aralu ( Terminalia chebula), Bulu (Termanilia belercia) Valmee ( Glycyrrhiza glabra), Thippili (Piper Longum), Nelli (Phylllanthus emblica), Kaluduru (Nigella sativa), Suduru ( Cuminum cyminum), Inguru ( Zingiber officinale), Pepper (Piper nigrum) -0.6g (from each) , cow milk and the different commodities of the medicine can be produced by varying the quantities mixing from each and every ingredient & can be produced in the forms of either as a tablet or a liquid. CLAIM: 02: METHODOLOGY OF PROCESSING & CONSUMPTION OF MEDICINE/ COMPLETION OF FORMULAE Collect above-mentioned raw materials. Separate the impurities from raw materials and do washings. Taking the Ash Gourd by pealing & desiccate. Desiccated ash gourds can either be boiled or steamed. The boiled/ steamed gourd should put in to any pot , but preferably put to a new clay pot. Temper the steamed desiccated gourd with mixing the Ghee Oil in the pot & it will absorb the ingredients of clay. Then the mixture should be put in to another pot which should not be a clay pot. Put Sugar in to that pot, Honey, which is to make the liquid mixture, Grinded Aralu, Bulu, Valmee, Thippili, Nelli, Kaluduru, Suduru, Inguru and Pepper & boil the mixture. Put the mixture in to another clay pot and again the mixture will absorb the ingredients of the clay. The mixture will be differed from existing mixtures since the mixture absorbs the ingredients of clay. This absorption of the clay ingredients affects on final result of the remedy, which is to cure the patient. Consumption of Medicine The mixture mentioned above ( a proportion of lOOg ) should be mixed with the 450g of Cow Milk & 450g of Sugar Cane extract (juice) in the event where the medicine is set to be consumed by the patient. |

2) Separate the impurities from raw materials and do washings.
3) Chopping the raw materials into small pieces.
4) Grind Aralu, Bulu, Valmee, Thippili, Nelli, Kaluduru, Suduru, Inguru and Pepper.
5) Boiling Ash Gourd in a clay pot.
6) Temper Ash Gourd with Ghee oil.
7) Add Aralu, Bulu, Valmee, Thippili, Nelli, Kaluduru, Suduru, Inguru and Pepper keep on the fire till the mixture till it reaches to the malleable state.
8) Add cow milk and spirit of Sugarcane to the mixture.

In early days of the treatment, the disposal of the protein would be decrease.Due to previous medicines/treatments, which had taken by the patients,the level of Serum creatinine (SR) would be fluctuated in early days of this treatment. For some patients, only a slight difference could be noticed.However the physical difficulties, which had occurred because of Kidney disease,would be ceased soon after the treatment started. During the time period of two or three months, positive results could be noticed.
