Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compressor (1) which is suitable for use in cooling devices such as refrigerators, comprising a casing (2) wherein the oil (14) is placed; a suction muffler (7) which is produced from plastic, which has a closed hollow volume and which enables the temperature of the refrigerant to be decreased and the noise to be attenuated; and barriers (11) which prevents the oil (14) from mixing into the refrigerant flowing through the suction muffler (7).
