Abstract:

A hermetically-sealed gas heater (110) comprises the following: a heater body; an inlet hole (132) through which a fuel gas flows into the heater body; a combustion chamber (136) in which the fuel gas that has entered through the inlet hole is burned; and a lead-out region (138) into which exhaust gases produced by the combustion in the combustion chamber are led. The heater body is provided with a radiating surface (140) that transfers heat to a target object (156) via radiation and is heated by the exhaust gases circulating through the lead-out region. The radiating surface is provided with an exhaust nozzle (142a) through which some or all of the exhaust gases are released towards the target object.
