Abstract:
Disclosed is an amplifier for hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic progenitor cells which is useful for treating various diseases and for improving the efficiency of transferring a gene into hematopoietic stem cells in gene therapy.
An amplifier for hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic progenitor cells and a drug, which contain, as the active ingredient, a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein X, Y, Z, Ar1, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are each as defined in the description], a tautomer of said compound, or a prodrug, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate of the same, characterized by being capable of amplifying hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic progenitor cells.
