Abstract:
Provided is a heterogeneous copper bar, comprising a positive copper bar and a negative copper bar which are symmetrically arranged and parallel to each other, wherein upper portions of the positive copper bar and the negative copper bar are contact regions I respectively; upper middle portions are respectively bent to be U-shaped capacitance regions I; lower middle portions are positive contact regions II respectively; lower portions are respectively bent to be L-shaped capacitance regions II; the U-shaped opening of the capacitance region I of the positive copper bar faces leftwards, and the U-shaped opening of the capacitance region I of the negative copper bar faces rightwards; the L-shaped opening of the capacitance region II of the positive copper bar obliquely faces leftwards and downwards, and the L-shaped opening of the capacitance region II of the negative copper bar obliquely faces rightwards and downwards; the positive copper bar and the negative copper bar are located in the same plane, and a U-shaped bottom surface of the capacitance region I of the positive copper bar and a U-shaped bottom surface of the capacitance region I of the negative copper bar face each other and are provided with a gap I therebetween, so as to balance parasitic inductance on the copper bars; an L-shaped side portion of the capacitance region II of the positive copper bar and an L-shaped side portion of the capacitance region II of the negative copper bar face each other and are provided with a gap II therebetween; and the gap I is identical to the gap II.
