Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing hexaferrite magnetic powder. The method for preparing hexaferrite magnetic powder may comprise the steps of: preparing a base powder by mixing a first source powder comprising a metal oxide, a second source powder comprising iron oxide, a third source powder comprising calcium, and a fourth source powder comprising a salt; synthesizing hexaferrite magnetic powder by heat-treating the base powder at a temperature higher than the melting point of the fourth source powder; and removing the fourth source powder remaining in the hexaferrite magnetic powder by washing the hexaferrite magnetic powder.
