Abstract:
Disclosed is a hierarchical pore all-silicon molecular sieve, which uses trimethylphosphine (TMP) as a probe molecule for characterization by using a solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance technology. Three characteristic peaks are displayed at chemical shift positions of -5±1 ppm, -34±1 ppm and -61±1 ppm of a 31P MAS NMR spectrogram of the molecular sieve, wherein the peak intensity of the characteristic peak at the chemical shift position of -5±1 ppm is denoted as N1; the peak intensity of the characteristic peak at the chemical shift position of -34±1 ppm is denoted as N2; the peak intensity of the characteristic peak at the chemical shift position of -61±1 ppm is denoted as N3. Then, X1 defined by formula (1) is within the range of 0.10-0.30; X1=N1/N3(1); X2 defined by formula (2) is within the range of 0.15-0.45; X2=N2/N3(2). When the molecular sieve is used for gas-phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction of cyclohexanone oxime, the selectivity of a caprolactam product can be improved and the service life of a catalyst can be prolonged.
