Abstract:
A high accuracy coal weighing feeder is comprised of an input funnel (2), an output
means (10), a feeder shell (5), a conveyor belt (4), a drawing strickle scavenging
machine (9), a tacho-generator (11) and weighing means. The weighing means include
three weighers(3,7,12) which are set below the conveyor belt (4), two weighers
(3,7) are adjacently positioned upstream from the input funnel and one weigher
(12) is positioned downstream from the input funnel. Each weigher has a check
weights (8), a gas inlet valve (17) is set on the check weights and connected to
a gas blow pipe (18). The three weighers (3,7,12) and the tacho-generator (11)
are connected to an integrated metering device by signal cables. The present
weighing means can realize automatic calibration, automatic comparison and
the zero point continuously determined on line.
