Abstract:
A high-adhesion anti-aging nano coating, prepared by exposing a substrate to a monomer steam atmosphere and performing plasma discharge to cause a chemical reaction at a surface of the substrate, thereby forming a protective coating. The monomer steam comprises vaporized monomer 1 and/or monomer 2 and/or monomer 3. Monomers 1, 2, and 3 are represented by formulas (I), (II), and (III), respectively. The preparation method of the coating includes placing a substrate in a reaction cavity of a plasma chamber, introducing a plasma source gas, initiating plasma discharge for deposition, introducing a monomer steam into the reaction cavity for chemical vapor deposition, terminating plasma discharge, introducing clean compressed air or an inert gas to restore normal pressure, opening the reaction cavity, and removing the substrate.
