Abstract:
Provided are a high-adhesion hydrogel extinguishing agent and preparation method thereof, wherein the high-adhesion hydrogel extinguishing agent is composed of a thickening agent and a water absorption resin, the weight of the thickening agent accounts for 0.5% or above of the total mass, and the balance is the water absorption resin; by using the water absorption and water retaining property of the water absorption resin, and the high-adhesion property of the thickening agent, a large amount of water can be firmly adhered to the surface of a fire source after the extinguishing agent is sprayed to the fire source, a thick water film oxygen-isolating layer can be formed, so that rapid fire extinguishing and cooling are realized. Provided is also a preparation method of the above high-adhesion hydrogel extinguishing agent, comprising: firstly the water absorption resin and the thickening agent are mixed to obtain a mixture, and then water with 10-5000 times mass of the mixture is added into the mixture to mix. Water can be fully mixed with the water absorption resin and the thickening agent, and the high-adhesion hydrogel can be rapidly formed.
