Abstract:
Provided is a production method for high-affinity antibodies that includes purification of antibodies that have not been processed to reduce affinity to antigens, said purification being achieved through the use of a temperature-responsive protein A carrier. The dissociation constant (KD value) of the high-affinity antibodies with regards to antigens is smaller than the KD value of antibodies produced using an acid-eluted protein A carrier.
