Abstract:
The present application provides a T-cell receptor (TCR), having the property of binding to a TSSELMAITR(SEQ ID NO:32)-HLA A1101 complex. The present application also provides multivalent TCR complexes, nucleic acid molecules encoding such TCRs, vectors comprising these nucleic acids, cells expressing such TCRs, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the described materials, and these materials may be used to diagnose, treat, and prevent AFP positive diseases. The present application further provides a preparation method for such TCRs.
