Abstract:
A T cell receptor (TCR), having the characteristic of binding a AQIPEKIQK (SEQ ID NO: 34)-HLAA 1101 complex. Disclosed are a multivalent TCR complex, a nucleic acid molecule encoding the TCR, a vector containing nucleic acids, a cell expressing the TCR and a pharmaceutical composition containing same, which may be used for diagnosing, treating and preventing SSX2 positive diseases. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the TCR.
