Abstract:
A high capacity low pressure spraying system, and an automatic spraying device provided with same. The high capacity low pressure spraying system comprises: a spray head, a container (34), a low pressure air source (35), a check valve (31) and a manifold (32). The container (34) and the spray head are connected by high temperature transparent tubes (38), the check valve (31) is arranged between the high temperature transparent tubes (38) between the container (34) and the spray head, the low pressure air source (35) is connected to one end of a high temperature silica gel tube (42), the other end of the high temperature silica gel tube (42) is connected to a barb fitting (37), the barb fitting (37) and the container (34) are connected by the high temperature transparent tubes (38), and the check valve (31) is arranged between the high temperature transparent tubes (38). The low pressure air source (35) pressurises the inside of the container so that a liquid is discharged from the container (34) to a plurality of nozzles (11) via the manifold (32), thereby ensuring that a constant flow from the container (34) is connected to the nozzles (11), and that a predetermined volume is consumed.
