Abstract:
A high-carbon alkane diamine terephthalate, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, which relate to the field of high-carbon alkane diamine terephthalate preparation. The preparation method for the high-carbon alkane diamine terephthalate comprises the following steps: 1) under amidation reaction conditions, high-carbon alkane diacid shown by formula COOH-(CH2)n-COOH undergoes a reaction with an ammonia-containing compound; 2) under alkaline conditions, in the presence of water and sodium hypochlorite and/or sodium hypobromite, high-carbon chain diamide shown by formula CONH2-(CH2)n-CONH2 undergoes rearrangement and degradation reactions; and in the presence of a solvent, high-carbon alkane diamine shown by formula (3) undergoes a salt-forming reaction with terephthalic acid. The described method is a safe, convenient, simple and easy-to-operate method for preparing high-carbon alkane diamine terephthalate that is particularly suitable for industrial preparation.
