Abstract:
Provided are: a high-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet having superior fine blanking workability; and a production method for the high-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet. This high-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet is produced by: subjecting a cast piece having a predetermined composition to, either directly or after being temporarily cooled and then heated again, rough rolling; after the end of the rough rolling, subjecting the cast piece to finish rolling in which the finish rolling is ended in a temperature range of the Ar3 transition point or higher; cooling the rolled sheet at an average cooling rate of 30-70°C/s in a temperature range from the temperature at which the finish rolling is ended to 660°C; subjecting the hot-rolled steel sheet wound at 500-660°C, directly or after being washed with an acid, to primary box annealing in which the steel sheet is maintained at an annealing temperature falling within the temperature range of 650-720°C; and thereafter, subjecting the steel sheet to cold rolling at a pressure reduction rate of 20-50%, and thereafter, subjecting the steel sheet to secondary box annealing in which the steel sheet is maintained at an annealing temperature falling within the temperature range of 650-720°C.
