A high-definition road map generation method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: on the basis of a constant-temperature control system, collecting, by means of different sensors, a plurality of pieces of road information to be processed (S10), such that the different sensors can all work at a suitable temperature without being affected by environment; performing feature extraction on the plurality of pieces of road information to be processed, so as to obtain road feature information (S20); and then accessing an odometer via a vehicle controller area network interface or a related domain controller to obtain mileage information of a vehicle and orientation control information of the vehicle, predicting the orientation of the vehicle, supplying auxiliary information to an inertial system, and finally, according to the road feature information, and the vehicle body orientation control information and the mileage information of the vehicle, generating a high-definition road map (S30).
