Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-degree vacuum die casting mold, comprising: a fixed mold; a movable mold, which is disposed to be movable in the directions contacting the fixed mold and separated from the fixed mold, forming a cavity to inject a molten metal together with the fixed mold when contacting the fixed mold; an eject plate disposed to be movable forward to and backward from the movable mold; a plurality of eject pins inserted into the movable mold and fixed to the eject plate at one ends thereof so as to push a metal product, which is molded in the cavity, out of the movable mold when the eject plate moves forward to the movable mold; a sealing body mounted to the movable mold for surrounding the eject plate and the one ends of the eject pins so as to seal the space occupied by the eject plate and the one ends of the eject pins; and a vacuum-forming section for sucking gas from the inside of the cavity and the sealed space in the sealing body by vacuum pressure so as to discharge the gas to the outside.
