Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-density intelligent warehousing system and a warehousing loading and unloading method. The warehousing system comprises a first conveying device (1), a second conveying device and a combined shelf (3), wherein the combined shelf (3) comprises at least one shelf group (31), each shelf group (31) comprises at least two shelf units (32) stacked vertically, and a space for accommodating goods is formed inside each shelf unit (32); the first conveying device (1) comprises a traveling crane (11) that runs automatically and is hung at the top of a warehouse, the traveling crane (11) can move in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction, and the traveling crane (11) is used for suspending the shelf unit (32) at a specified place of the warehouse onto the shelf group (31), or suspending the shelf unit (32) on the shelf group (31) to the specified place; and the second conveying device comprises a transport vehicle (2) that can automatically travel on the ground of the warehouse, the transport vehicle (2) has a top portion allowing the shelf unit (32) to be placed, and the transport vehicle (2) is used for transporting the shelf unit (32) to the specified place of the warehouse, or is used for carrying the shelf unit (32) suspended to the specified place by the traveling crane (11), thereby increasing the utilization rate of a warehousing area.
