Abstract:
A high-density stereoscopic warehouse, comprising: containers (100); a well frame grid region (200), the well frame grid region (200) comprising a base surface, a track layer (210) arranged horizontally on a top layer, and a plurality of upright columns (220); access machines (300); an item access subsystem (400), the item access subsystem (400) comprising an access table (410), a conveyor (420), and an access well (430); and a control subsystem (500), the control subsystem (500) comprising a scheduling system (510) for the access machines (300) and a storage subsystem (520) for recording and storing container identification information and container position information corresponding to each item, wherein the conveyor (420) comprises a rotary conveyor, the rotary conveyor conveying the containers (100) to the access table (410) in a fixed posture. By using the high-density stereoscopic warehouse, the logistics transfer, storage or sorting efficiency of various types and large quantities of small and medium-sized items or goods can be improved.
