Abstract:
A high-ductility coating composition, characterized by comprising, in parts by weight, the following components: 19-32 parts of polyester acrylate, 8-17 parts of pentaerythritol triacrylate, 7-18 parts of an aluminum oxide ceramic powder, 5-11 parts of azodiisobutyronitrile, 13-29 parts of a transition metal carbene complex, 7-12 parts of a dispersing agent, 5-9 parts of a thickening agent, 31-38 parts of a bactericide, 4-7 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a pH regulator, 42-59 parts of hollow polystyrene microspheres, 31-47 parts of a nano-aluminum phosphate molecular sieve, and 17-26 parts of distilled water. After an external electrode for an electronic element is formed by means of firing, a coating is applied to the surface of the product by means of a mechanical method and is subjected to high-temperature firing, such that the coating is firmly combined with the product without cracking, while an exposed electrode of the product can be perfectly covered; in addition, the high-ductility coating composition also has functionality, and the service life of the product is further prolonged.
