Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high efficiency aptamer complex comprising branched DNA and an aptamer, and a pharmaceutical use thereof. More specifically, the aptamer complex of the present invention is a high efficiency aptamer complex in which Y-shape DNA is included as branched DNA and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is used as a target molecule. An aptamer complex and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same as an active ingredient, of the present invention, have target molecule binding efficiency that is more remarkable than that of a conventional aptamer, and thus are expected to be widely used in the medical field.
