Abstract:
Disclosed is an high-efficiency bag-type dust collector, comprising a dust removal box, a base, a fixing member, a dust collection box, an air blower, a buffer cover, a connecting rod, a fixing plate, a dust removal assembly, an air delivery pipe and an air collection member, wherein the dust removal box is provided with an air inlet pipe and an air discharge pipe; the buffer cover is located in the dust removal box, and a surface thereof is uniformly provided with air holes; a fixing rod is connected to a first connecting member and a second connecting member; a filter bag is connected to the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and the inner circumferential surface thereof is tightly attached to the fixing rod; a limiting member is arranged on the first connecting member, and the limiting member and the first connecting member are each provided with a through hole; the fixing plate is provided with multiple threaded holes, and the first connecting member is in threaded connection with the fixing plate; the air collection member is arranged on a sealing cover and is located above the fixing plate; the air delivery pipe is connected to the air blower and the air collection member; and an air blowing pipe is vertically arranged on the air collection member, and the air blowing pipe is arranged corresponding to the dust removal assembly. The present invention has a good dust collection effect and better dust collection efficiency. The dust removal assembly is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the filter bag is convenient to clean, thereby guaranteeing the dust collection effect.
