Abstract:
A high-efficiency brake center valve, comprising a brake valve body (1). A brake handle (2) is rotatably connected at one side of the brake valve body (1), and a connection collar (3) is fixedly connected at the other end of the brake valve body (1); one end of the connection collar (3) is provided with a fixing collar (4); first threaded sleeves (5) are fixedly connected at both sides of the connection collar (3); second threaded sleeves (6) are fixedly connected at both sides of the fixing collar (4); first nuts (7) are rotatably connected in the first threaded sleeves (5) and the second threaded sleeves (6); a threaded ring (10) is fixedly connected at the bottom of each first nut (7); a first internal thread groove (9) is formed in the threaded ring (10); a nut groove (11) is formed on the upper end of the first nut (7); a second nut (13) is formed in the first nut (7); a threaded rod (12) is integrally formed at the lower end of the second nut (13); a second internal thread groove (15) is formed in each of the first threaded sleeves (5) and the second threaded sleeves (6); a third internal thread groove (16) is formed on the lower end of the interior of each first threaded sleeve (5). The present application can strengthen the connection between a vehicle body and a brake valve, and is more stable in use.
