Abstract:
A high efficiency combustion-supporting oil supply device for emulsified diesel
oil comprises an emulsified diesel oil tank (3), a diesel oil tank (1), a normally
open solenoid valve (4), a normally closed solenoid valve (5), an emulsified
pump (2) and an energy-saving heating device. The oil inlet and the oil outlet
of the emulsified pump (2) are connected to the upside and the downside of the emulsified
diesel oil tank (3) respectively. The oil inlet of the normally open solenoid
valve (4) is connected to the emulsified diesel oil tank (3) and the oil inlet of
the normally closed solenoid valve (5) is connected to the diesel oil tank (1).
The outlets of the normally open solenoid valve (4) and the normally closed solenoid
valve (5) are connected each other and subsequently are connected to the oil inlet
of the energy-saving heating device. The oil outlet of the energy-saving heating
device is, connected to the output pump (8) of the diesel engine. The normally
open solenoid valve (4) and the normally closed solenoid valve (5) are two synchronous
solenoid valves that operate simultaneously. The energy-saving heating device
includes a condensed-water heat exchanger (6) and a constant temperature assistant
heater (7). The oil supply device according to the invention is easy to use, has
stable emulsifying performance and low power consumption.
