Abstract:
A continuous production apparatus for trimethylamine hydrochloride, comprising a tubular static mixer (2), a shell and tube reactor (4), a pH regulating tank A (5), and a pH regulating tank B (8). A feeding port capable of being connected to a trimethylamine feeding pipe (11) is formed in a side portion of the tubular static mixer (2), a feeding port capable of being connected to a hydrochloric acid feeding pipe (14) is formed in the bottom of the tubular static mixer (2), a discharging port of the tubular static mixer (2) is connected to a feeding port of the shell and tube reactor (4) by means of a pipe, and a discharging port of the shell and tube reactor (4) is connected to feeding ports of the pH regulating tank A (5) and the pH regulating tank B (8) by means of pipes, respectively. The tubular static mixer (2) is provided with an anti-vibration mechanism.
