Abstract:
Provided are a high-efficiency crawler-type pick-up baler and an automatic bale stacking system thereof. The pick-up baler mainly comprises a straw pick-up and stubble collecting device (1), a continuous conveying and pre-compressing device (2), a bottom-feeding-type compressing and baling device (3), a bale conveying and arranging device (4), a bale stacking device (5), a walking device (6) and a counting control device, wherein, besides having the capabilities to simulate ground walking and efficiently collect stubble, the straw pick-up and stubble collecting device (1) can also realize automatic matching of a pick-up path, a cutting path and a speed of advance of the machine, thus having good pick-up and stubble cutting performances; besides having the capability to improve the straw conveying performance by means of negative pressure air suction, the continuous conveying and pre-compressing device (2) can also realize the continuous conveying and preliminary compression of straw, thereby avoiding the blockage of straw fed into a compression chamber; and the counting control device counts the number of bales discharged from the compression chamber and is used for controlling the bale conveying and arranging device and the bale stacking device to realize the automatic conveying, pushing and stacking of bales, thereby avoiding manual secondary transport and significantly improving the operating efficiency of the machine.
