Abstract:
A high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, comprising a rotor (1), a stator (2), a motor housing (3), an end cover (4), and a collector ring (5). An end of the motor housing (3) facing the end cover (4) is provided with a hollow damping chamber (31), and an air spring (6) is enclosed in the hollow damping chamber (31). A coolant (7) is filled between the hollow damping chamber (31) and the air spring (6), and a coolant inlet (32) and a coolant adding port (33) are further provided between the motor housing (3) and the hollow damping chamber (31). The coolant inlet (32) and the coolant adding port (33) are respectively connected to a coolant adding device (8). The coolant adding device (8) is further provided with a temperature control device (9), and the temperature control device (9) is connected to a temperature sensor (10) provided in the hollow damping chamber (31) to control the temperature in the hollow damping chamber (31). The air spring (6) comprises a sealed damping section (61), a cooling compression section (62), and an inline connection section (63). The three-phase asynchronous motor features a simple structure, good anti-vibration effect, stable operation, high electromechanical conversion efficiency and a long service life.
