Abstract:
Provided is a high-efficiency and low-pollution rural garbage pyrolysis device, comprising an outer cylinder (4), a middle cylinder (2) and an inner cylinder (1) with coincident axes and being successively sleeved from the outside in, wherein the inner cylinder (1) is rotatable, the interior of the inner cylinder (1) serves as a first flue gas channel (11), a cavity formed between an outer wall of the inner cylinder (1) and an inner wall of the middle cylinder (2) serves as a garbage pyrolysis cavity (12), and a cavity formed between an outer wall of the middle cylinder (2) and an inner wall of the outer cylinder (4) serves as a second flue gas channel (13); and spiral blades (1-2) for pushing garbage are mounted on an outer circumferential wall surface (1-1) of the inner cylinder (1), spiral guiding vanes (2-3) for flow guiding are mounted on an outer circumferential wall surface of the middle cylinder (2), inner fins (1-3) are spirally distributed on an inner circumferential wall surface of the inner cylinder (1), and outer fins (2-2) are spirally distributed on an outer circumferential wall surface of the middle cylinder (2). The device has a simple and easy technical means, occupies a small floor area, and has a high safety coefficient and a good effect in terms of energy conservation and emission reduction.
