Abstract:
The invention relates to a high-efficiency motor capable of controlling effective magnetic flux through the clustering of permanent magnets. The high-efficiency motor capable of controlling effective magnetic flux through the clustering of permanent magnets according to the present invention comprises: permanent magnets disposed radially outside an armature and manufactured as an annular sector plate; a plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes manufactured in order to cluster the permanent magnets so that the permanent magnets can be inserted in the form of slots; and permanent magnet support modules that support the permanent magnets while configuring the plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes integrally, and perform a function capable of predictive management through the measurement of the effective magnetic flux, wherein the permanent magnet support modules are manufactured so as to face facing surfaces at alternate angles within a range of 0.1 degrees to 10 degrees with respect to a central axis in order to reduce cogging and noise in the motor, the alternate angles of the facing surfaces include alternate angles between the permanent magnet support modules, and the permanent magnets on the permanent magnet support modules are disposed at alternate angles in a vertical row with respect to the facing permanent magnet support modules.
