Abstract:
A high-efficient municipal construction sand screening device comprises a crushing box (2), a water box (13) and a screening box (16). A feed pipe (6) is provided at the top of the crushing box (2), and a grid (5) is obliquely provided inside the feed pipe (6). A plurality of groups of crushing rollers (9) are installed inside the crushing box (2), and the outer wall of the crushing roller (9) is uniformly provided with crushing teeth (10), and the crushing teeth on the plurality of groups of crushing rollers are mutually engaged. The bottom outlet of the crushing box (2) is in communication with the screening box (16) by means of a feed pipe (8), screen plates (17, 19) are obliquely provided inside the screening box (16), cams (21) are provided below the screen plates, a rotating roller (25) is provided between the screen plates (17, 19), and the outer wall of the rotating roller (25) is uniformly provided with washing brushes (24); A water filtering plate (12) is vertically provided inside the water tank (13), a water spray pipe (11) is provided at the bottom of the water tank (13), a multi-nozzle pipe (7) is provided at an outlet end of the water spray pipe (11), the multi-nozzle pipe (7) is mounted inside the water tank (13) at the top thereof, and a precipitate sliding-out plate (4) is disposed at the bottom of the water tank (13). The screening device circulates water, saves resources and costs, facilitates screening of sand, improves working efficiency and effects, has a simple structure, is easy to use, and is conducive to promotion.
