Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-efficiency plate type heat exchanger in which unit fluidized beds formed by stacked heat exchanging plates are connected to each other in the up-down direction so that the flow path of circulating water becomes longer than 2-pass, thereby enhancing a rate of heat exchange with an exhaust gas. Further, the present invention relates to a high-efficiency plate type heat exchanger that can efficiently retrieve the heat of an exhaust gas by increasing the flow rate of circulating water in a part close to a burner while increasing the circulation path as described above. In addition, the present invention can control the flow of an exhaust gas while reducing the exhaust speed of the exhaust gas by inserting a baffle plate having distribution holes formed therein between unit fluidized beds, and can enhance heat exchanger efficiency by absorbing the heat source of the exhaust gas with heat exchanging fins of the baffle plate and effectively using a heating area.
