Abstract:
A high efficiency sealed mixer, which is characterized in that: the high efficiency sealed mixer comprises a power component, a transmission shaft (5), a tank body component, a mixer blade (10), a machine base (7), a rotating component, and a moving component; the power component is fixed on a support component and is connected at one extremity to the transmission shaft (5); the transmission shaft (5) is connected at either extremity respectively to the power component and to the mixer blade (10); the mixer blade (10) and a part of the transmission shaft (5) are arranged within the tank body component; the rotating component stands on a side of the tank body component and is fixed on the machine base (7); the power component comprises a motor (1), a reduction gearbox (2), a slidable guiderail (3), and a slidable base (4); the motor (1) and the reduction gearbox (2) are fixed on the sliding base (4); the slidable base (4) is arranged on the slidable guiderail (3), and a sealing ring is provided at where the transmission shaft (5) is connected to a tank body (6).
