Abstract:
Provided is a thrombin from reptiles, which is obtained by means of the following method: using a gene cloning method to obtain a sequence of Gekko japonicus Prethrombin-2; constructing a Prethrombin-2 eukaryotic expression recombinant plasmid, transfecting 293T cells, and inducing a Prethrombin-2 recombinant protein to be expressed and then purifying same; and using Ecarin to activate the Prethrombin-2 recombinant protein so as to obtain Gecko Thrombin (gTm) having a thrombin activity.
