Abstract:
A high efficient and energy-saving cracking apparatus for waste/used rubber includes a feeding cabin (1), a cracking cabin (2) and an output transition cabin (3) by successive connection. The cracking cabin (2) is connected with a hot wind pipe (4) and an exhausted hot wind discharging pipe (5). It is characterized in that: at least two cracking cabins (2) are installed, the hot wind pipe (4) is connected with the first cracking cabin (2) by a valve (6), the exhausted hot wind discharging pipe (5) is connected with the next cracking cabin (2) by a valve (7). As a result, heat energy may be saved, production cost may be decreased, and production efficiency may be increased.
