Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-efficient laser marking material. In a formulation system of the high-efficient laser marking material provided by the present invention, addition amounts of a laser additive and black masterbatch have a leading role in a printing effect. The increase in the content of the laser additive and the decrease in the content of carbon block cause a few change in the mechanical performance of the material but a significantly improved printing effect. In addition, the laser additive can assist in improving absorption of a special wavelength transmitted by a user by a black PE material, such that a surface layer of a polymer is carbonized and appears white due to foaming, so as to form a sharp contrast with a black PE sheath.
