Abstract:
The present invention can manufacture a rod for bolts, having an ultrahigh strength, by using a high entropy alloy having a microstructure at a low strain even without severe plastic deformation. The rod for bolts, having an ultrahigh strength, of the present invention, allows intersecting twin lines to effectively micronize grains so as to exhibit high strength characteristics and improve durability and stability by improving hydrogen delayed fracture resistance. The rod for bolts, according to the present invention, comprises, by wt%, 5-35% of Co, 5-35% of Cr, 5-35% of Fe, 5-35% of Mn and 5-35% of Ni, comprises intersecting twins as a microstructure, has nano-grains, and in a condition in which a hydrogen amount is 8 ppm or less, a reduction rate of notch rupture strength is 10% or less in comparison to a condition in which a hydrogen amount is 0 ppm.
